		<description><![CDATA[El Paso saw 509 home sales during March 2010.  This is 17 percent higher than last year&#8217;s 435 and 21 percent higher than March 2008&#8217;s 419.  It&#8217;s the highest number for the first quarter of 2010 and double January 2010&#8217;s sales.

		<description><![CDATA[El Paso&#8217;s market is the only market in Texas to have posted positive home sales consistently throughout 2009.  When reviewing final price distributions for 2009, it&#8217;s clear low and middle priced homes increased not only in share, but also number.  Homes above $250,000 lost marketshare.  Two categories between $300,000 and $499,999 had double digit loses.

		<title>El Paso&#8217;s October is bright spot for state</title>
		<description><![CDATA[El Paso&#8217;s home sale gains continue to exceed the other large markets in Texas.  There were 541 homes sold in October 2009, which is the highest number since August 2007.  Not only that, but they were 31 percent higher than October 2008 and 23 percent higher than 2007, as seen below.
